HAHAHA well it looks like everything in New York are just bigger, includeing windows error messages!! What you see here is a photo from a two story high billbord!! Obvioulsy this pc running this add had frozen and no one fixed it for about two hours... Yes the person in new york had a lot of time on his hand.
